About Shore Studio

Shore is a design production agency that is on a mission to recreate the way design can be produced. Process, collaboration, and partnership are our foundation with innovative design as our guiding star. We are a small team situated in Stockholm, together with our sister (and older sibling) agency River.

About the role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Shore Studio in a role that sits at the intersection of client delivery and agency growth. Roughly half of the role is dedicated to one of our largest clients, running interim/freelance recruitment on their behalf as an embedded extension of their team. The other half is focused on new business, driving growth within talent-acquisition and recruitment engagements with new clients.

This is a senior, standalone role for someone who has previous experience from recruitment inside the creative and agency world and is ready to combine deep delivery expertise with a commercial, business-development mindset.

Key responsibilities

Client delivery

  • Act as the day-to-day recruitment lead for one of Shore's key accounts, managing interim and freelance hiring end-to-end.

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client's teams, culture, and hiring needs so you can recruit as a genuine extension of their business.

  • Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines across creative, design, and project management disciplines.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, giving them a consistently high standard of service and communication.

  • Track and report on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.

New business

  • Support Shore's growth by identifying, developing, and closing new client relationships for our talent acquisition/recruitment offering.

  • Own parts of the sales process. From initial conversations and scoping through to proposals and closing.

  • Represent Shore's recruitment offering in pitches and new business meetings

  • Work closely with leadership to shape how Shore positions and packages its recruitment services.

  • Help build repeatable processes and playbooks as the recruitment offering scales.

About you

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally split across in-house and agency-side roles

  • Strong background in the creative, design, or agency industry. You know the talent landscape, the key players, and what makes a good creative hire.

  • Experience running interim/freelance recruitment processes at pace.

  • Comfortable with the commercial side of the business, new business development, client pitching, or a strong interest in building this skill set

  • A natural relationship-builder: equally credible with a client stakeholder and a candidate.

  • Self-starter who's happy owning a varied role without heavy oversight.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

What we offer

  • A collaborative, trust-first culture - we're a team that backs each other and values ideas over hierarchy.

  • 30 days paid leave

  • Parental pay - a solid pension scheme and health/life insurance

  • A genuinely diverse, inclusive environment - where people are supported to do their best work.
