Project Manager
Duration: 3 months (immediate start — through August 31)
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects and the planning and production phase of campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee workflows and timelines, coordinate asset production and feedback cycles, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects across teams
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Track project progress and address risks or delays proactively
Manage resources and documentation
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Improve workflows and project management processes
Support cross-functional collaboration and team alignment
Requirements
Proven experience in project management or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in project management tools such as: Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion.
