About Shore Studio

Shore is a design production agency on a mission to recreate the way design is produced. Process, collaboration and partnership are our foundation, with innovative design as our guiding star. We're a small team in Stockholm, alongside our sister (and older sibling) agency, River.

About the role

You'll work closely with our Design Lead on real client projects: brand identities, campaign visuals, UI/UX and digital assets. Hands-on work in a studio where your input matters, and where we're actively figuring out how AI can strengthen the way we work rather than replace the craft behind it.

What you'll do

• Support the Design Lead across brand, campaign and digital design work

• Contribute to UI/UX and graphic design deliverables

• Explore and implement AI tools that improve our design workflows

• Collaborate with our motion designers on client projects.

• Direct mentorship from our Visual Lead with opportunities for skill exchange

• Hands-on experience with real client projects from day one

• Exposure to diverse design disciplines and creative challenges

• A collaborative studio environment where innovation is encouraged

• The chance to shape how we integrate AI into our creative process

What we're looking for

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

• Genuine interest in AI tools and their applications in design.

• Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience experimenting with AI design tools

• Swedish language skills
